Farewell to All That

So, this show is coming down. Let’s face it, regular readers of the blog all know which show it is, but having maintained speculative narrative tension this far, I’m not going to blow it now.

Months and months of toil finally coming to an end…

It started with those LED bloody batons…

… it escallated with that huge flying ceiling piece…

... yes, that ceiling...

… it got vaguely into the swing of things with all of that nudity being lovingly follow spotted down stage centre…

... from this comfy seat no less...

… became a little hairy when one of the front of house lanterns threatened to explode…

… and of course had its moment of grief when that motor tripped out on that bit of scenery which then swung round and round in the open air, hitting anything and everything it could with a force roughly equivalent to a runaway car on a steep downhill slope.

Goodbye, show!  In my own quaint and curious way, I will miss you.
